MONTEVIDEO: Miguel Borja scored at the end of the match to save Colombia in a 2-2 draw with Argentina in a World Cup qualifier in Barranquilla just now.

Argentina started well to take a 2-0 lead in eight minutes through goals from Cristian Romero and Leandro Paredes.

But the Colombian substitute changed the game in the second half when Luis Nuriel scored from inside the penalty box and Borja equalized.

Argentina, who remain unbeaten, are second in the group while Colombia are out of automatic qualification in fifth place.

Peru created their first win in qualifying but remained bottom of the table despite a surprise 2-1 win over Ecuador.

In Caracas, Venezuela tied Uruguay 0-0 to stay above Peru on goal difference while the visitors held on to the top four for automatic qualification.
