LONDON: Neymar has finally agreed to sign a contract with Paris Saint Germain (PSG) after being committed to his future with the team.
The Brazilian striker said he felt like he was ‘at home’ in the city and would continue to stay there.
Neymar only has one year left on his contract with the team and has been linked with a move to return to Spain.
However, after the Champions League win over Bayern Munich this morning, Neymar clarified that his contract is no longer an issue.
Speaking to TNT Sports Brazil: “I don’t see it needing to be said anymore, I’m very comfortable, like being at home with PSG.
“I feel happier than ever.”
Club president Nasser Al Khelaifi also promised good news when he wanted to keep his partner, Kylian Mbappe.
The French striker has been a target for Real Madrid this summer.
Khelaifi informed RMC Sport: “We have already invested a lot in this team to win the Champions League and all the trophies that can be earned.
“Neymar and Mbappe have no reason to leave this team. We have everything to win all the tournaments.”
